Are you like poor George here? Do you struggle when reaching for things, or dread lifting stuff because it’s painful or you have no strength? Want to find out how to take the strain out of movement?

The first of this autumn’s Last Saturday workshops is on Sat 30th September, 2-4pm  in the Wellbeing Studio at Phoenix Place For Health, Heybridge. This one is all about Lifting and Reaching, so  take 2 hours out of your life and see how to help yourself to move and take it easy at the same time, using the Alexander Technique.  More details on our Events page.
